Late last week, Zynga officially confirmed its partnership with InComm, who will be providing the mega-developer with future pre-paid game cards for three of Zynga’s titles: FarmVille, Mafia Wars, and YoVille.
As reported by Virtual Worlds News, the cards come in either $10 or $25 denominations, and are available at almost 13,000 retailers nationwide, including, but not limited to, Target, 7-Eleven, Best Buy and GameStop.
Sorry Cafe World, PetVille, Poker, and FishVille fans – no cards for said games (or any other games) were announced. The reasoning behind this wasn’t made clear, but perhaps we’ll see Zynga and InComm choose to support the pre-paid cards in those games in the future. Time will tell at this point.
For now, let us know in the comments – have you already purchased one of these pre-paid cards, or would you in the future?
