FarmVille, Social

If you’ve been waiting to master the Wheat crop because you didn’t want to wait for the crop of be ready to harvest (it was, up until now, one of the longer growing crops in the game), you’ll be happy to know that Zynga has significantly altered the specifications for the crop, including how long it takes to harvest.

The Wheat crop can now be planted for 13 coins per square, and is ready to harvest after growing for just 12 hours. It can be harvested for 61 coins per square. The crop is still masterable (if you’ve already mastered the crop, you won’t lose this status), and you’ll reach each star at the 500, 1500, and 3000 squares levels. You’ll gain a single experience point for planting each square of wheat.

As we said, this makes the prospect of mastering the Wheat crop a much more achievable feat. Have you yet to tackle the crop? Head over to the game’s page to take a look at its new stats.
