Social, Treasure Isle

Treasure Isle has seen some interesting new additions in the past few days, most notably the release of two new, limited edition animals in the game, along with the unlocking of the second island expansion.

The animals are limited edition “Pirate Animals,” and while they aren’t marked as limited edition in the game’s store, a wall posting from Zynga claims them to be, so make sure to pick up either the Pirate Seagull or the Pirate Monkey from the game’s store. The Pirate Seagull costs just 6 Island Cash, while the Monkey will set you back more, at 16 Island Cash.

With the addition of these two new animals on your island, if you happen to find that you’re running out of space, be sure to purchase the second land expansion from the Upgrade section of the game’s store. While we knew that another expansion would be coming to the game for some time now, it had always been locked, until now, that is, allowing us to expand our islands even further for the cost of 50,000 coins. Should you lack the coins to purchase the Medium Island expansion, you can purchase it for island cash – 25 to be exact.

With a bigger plot of land, you’ll be able to hold more decorations, save more animals and customize your island even more than you could before – be sure to head over to the game’s page on Facebook to take a look at this new expansion option, or to purchase the Pirate Animals while they are still available.
