It appears that WarioWare DIY lends itself well to contests, because this is the second one we’ve seen since the game’s launch. This one is being sponsored by Nintendo itself and is a little broader in its requirements. Participants are tasked with designing a microgame that fits into one of these three themes: creatures, sports, or machines. You also do not have to own a Nintendo DS and the game to enter; in addition to being able to submit your microgame, you can also just submit your design complete with concept art in any form. The grand prize includes airfare to Los Angeles, two nights in a hotel, and admission to the Nintendo 2010 E3 media presentation on June 15th where you can be one of the first people to hear what Nintendo has in store for us for the coming year.
