Casual, Handheld

Hopefully you have made it through the WarioWare: DIY tutorials and are now an experienced mini-game developer, because Kotaku is challenging you to make the best Kotaku-themed mini-game that you can. The rules are simple: you have to be a resident of the USA, at least 18, and your WarioWare: DIY game has to have the word ‘Kotaku’ in it somewhere. Once you have created your blockbuster game, video tape it in all its glory, post the video to YouTube, and then embed it in a comment here. The prize lineup is pretty sweet, and is detailed below.

One Grand Prize

  • 1 DSi XL System
  • 1 DigiPen Institute of Technology online class
  • WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$
  • WarioWare: Twisted
  • WarioWare: Touched!

Finalists will be selected on Monday, April 26th, and winners will be announced on the 30th. The clock is ticking, so start designing and developing your winning game now!
