Casual, Console

Nintendo has announced big plans of support of their upcoming Nintendo DS title WarioWare D.I.Y. including announcing the plan to release two new micro-games per week (the WarioWare titles are comprised of short mini-games that last little more than a few seconds)..

As reported by Joystiq, Nintendo eventually wants to release additional mini-games created by “famous” game developers as well, and even include user generated content. Fans will be able to enter mini-game design contests based around particular themes (like the user’s favorite food), in the hopes that their game will be considered the best of the best and be added to the game’s lineup.

WarioWare D.I.Y. is set to hit stores at the end of March.
