Want a Camera on Your iPad? There’s an App For That

iPad, iPhone, Mobile

Perhaps one of the more disappointing things about the iPad is it’s lack of a camera. If you have an iPhone, it appears that tech blogger Chris Pirillo has a decent work around for you.

First, you download an application called “Camera A” on your iPad. Then you jump on to your iPhone and grab the “Camera B” app. One of the apps will be free, while the other will set you back 99 cents–but for that 99 cents you will get the ability to take pictures with your iPhone and save them directly to your iPad through a Bluetooth connection.

Pirillo has posted a demonstration video to show how the process works:

So, while it might not be as good as having a camera directly on the iPad, at least there appears to be a cheap option to get the next best thing.
