Earlier this week, Vivaty announced a new Social Gaming Platform with “On-Demand Web Services”.
Keith McCurdy, Vivaty CEO says the platform includes scalable, cost-effective services such as virtual economy management, content management, points and leveling, social features (duh?), chat and friends lists, social network integration (Facebook and AIM) and analytics.
They are “making it easy” for developers to focus on creating compelling, graphically rich social experiences.
But who is the target, and what’s wrong with the Facebook platform? Do you see this curing any developer woes, or is the real news the new Vivaty 3D Flash Experience?
