For those of you who rely on the Happy Pets Piggy Bank to provide you with a daily bonus of coins, you may or may not be happy with the changes developer CrowdStar has implemented with the feature.

From now on, you’ll be able to click on the Piggy Bank to now bring up a Daily Spin wheel, also in the shape of a pig. The Daily Spin triggers three wheels into motion that can reward you with varying amount of coins, or even with a free Premium Mystery Basket, containing, as the name suggests, a free (but random) Premium Pet (that is, from the selection of pets otherwise available for Facebook Credits).

After you receive your prize, if you won coins, you’ll be shown a window like the one below, where you can reset the wheel for 3 Facebook Credits to try again for a Mystery Basket, or you can purchase the Mystery Basket outright for 24 Facebook Credits (almost $2.50). Just as a note, this is the same price you’d pay at any other time for a Basket from the game’s store.
