Casual, Console

While speaking with Games Beat on the red carpet of the Dice Summit’s Interactive Achievement Awards, Thatgamecompany’s creative director Jenova Chen revealed that the company is working on a new title.

The company’s last offering, Flower, was a terrific game, pushing the PS3 to its technical limits as it placed players into a beautiful where they took on the role of the wind, guiding flower petals through a polluted, crowded world in the hopes of restoring it to its former beauty.

The game contained no violence, no clichéd storyline, and in fact, no characters at all, which made it the perfect game for casual gamers or others with little experience with them, and it’s highly likely that the team’s next title will carry on in that same fashion.
