November saw 9 new game releases on Xbox LIVE Arcade (XBLA), and Gamasutra sister-site, GamerBytes just posted some interesting analysis of the console’s social section. For all those gamers willing to set Modern Warfare 2 aside long enough to play anything else, XBLA had some quality new titles to offer last month.
On the casual game note, 2 puzzle games – Diner Dash and Gyromancer – hit Xbox LIVE in November, and both saw a decent amount of success. Diner Dash brought in over 10,000 players in its first 2 weeks on the market and Gyromancer had over 8,200, even at a higher price point ($5 more than Diner Dash). You can read all the November XBLA details in Gamasutra’s full feature here.
