Getting tired of sending the “same old items” to the members of your Mafia Wars mafia? Zynga apparently understands your pain, as they have added a series of new items to the game’s free gifts page.

There are quite a few new items to choose from, with their being a vague time limit associated with the availability of each (they are simply marked as “Limited Time Only”). Either way, if you’re an avid player of the game, you’ll have no problem outfitting your mafia with the lot of them, including the new FAIL Knuckles, Coilgun and Slap Shot.

For both item collectors, or just those who love sending and receiving the game’s free gifts, head over to the game’s page on Facebook to start sending these new items to friends – we’re sure they’ll return the favor.
