Restaurant City, Social

Yesterday was Wednesday, and you know what that means – late last night (for us in the Eastern Time Zone anyway), new items hit Restaurant City in the form of Rock Cafe items.

As we reported yesterday, the collection kicked off with the addition of eight musical items on the Restaurant City Free Gifts menu, but those were just the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Users can now give their restaurants a hard rock edge by installing sound and lighting systems, setting up multiple band instruments like a keyboard, guitar and drums, and even use new barriers to place a limit on where all of your adoring fans can go.

To complete the look of a hard rock restaurant, you’ll need to give people something stylish to dine on, which is where the new table and chair sets come in, as the tables look like drums, and the chairs, like guitars. The final finishing touches come in the form of wall art, like Gold Records and wall-mounted guitars, in addition to three wallpaper designs containing spikes or even stage lights, and a single dark blue carpet to help set the mood.

Items range in price from 400 coins for the barrier pieces all the way up to 10,000 for the Gold Record wall art. There are a few items available for Playfish Cash, including a decorative, animated set of Stage Lights that costs 1 PF Cash, a DJ Stove that cooks food 5% faster for 5 PF Cash, and a Musical Note functional item, also for 5 PF Cash, that causes music notes to float around your restaurant.

Head over to the game’s page to browse through these newest offerings for yourself.
