Raft Pirates Now Pirating Androids

Android, Casual, Frisky Misc, iPhone, MMOG, Mobile

I realize there’s a significant problem with stolen apps and jailbroken phones and pirated software, and so I don’t lightly make the suggestion that more piracy on the Android is a good thing. If it’s just the mechanical Raft Pirates, though, the mobile MMO miscreants we told you about a while ago, I figure it’s okay. So, Raft Pirates have come to the Android courtesy of TriplePoint client 6waves, and we should be grateful, not upset. Now, online buccaneers can plunder your riches while you sleep in a whole new way!

Wait, maybe we should still be a little upset. Danged greedy pirates.

From the press release:

Android sailors can now explore the online seas for weapons, blueprints, maps, and diamonds to build armed rafts, plunder other ships for loot, and protect themselves against enemy captains bent on snatching their booty. More resources means more dice to roll in battle and better preparation against attacks while the player is offline!
