iPhone, Mobile

Earlier in the week, we told you that Chillingo planned to bring their sequel to the successful Radio Flare, appropriately titled Radio Flare Redux to the iPhone App Store in a “few days.” Well, it’s been a few days, and the game is now available on the App Store. Funny how that works.

Radio Flare Redux costs $2.99, and provides 33 levels of music-based, side-scrolling shooting. As reported by FingerGaming, you use your thumb or a single finger to dodge bullets while you use a second finger to target enemies. The game’s dependence on music sees the gameplay actually pulsing to the beat of the techno, electronic tracks that play in the background.

Here’s a trailer of the game to refresh your memory. After you watch that, head over to iTunes if you’d like to download a copy of the game for yourself. Radio Flare REDUX
