Telltale’s latest venture on the iPhone focuses on the clearcut adventure gameplay, complete with point-and-tap controls and clue finding. Puzzles litter the otherwise creative adventure, and add a mix of classic standards along with modern advancements. As an agent on a mission, you’ll have to uncover the deepest secrets found in Scoggins, the main town in the game.
In their review of the game, AppSpy said it had some problems when it came to playing the game on the small screen but that “Puzzle Agent is a compelling and clever adventure escapade that shows all the hallmarks of Telltale Games clever storytelling and puzzle designs.”
Rating: 4 out of 5.
Based off the hit 80′s movie of the same name, Top Gun 2 looks to improve on where its predecessor lacked offering more levels packed with even more action. As one might expect from a game with the name ‘Top Gun’, the majority of your time is spent flying around in a very fast jet, complete with upgrades that could give you the advantage over your enemies.
In their review, AppVee said the game is passable as it “somehow fell short from being something entertaining” and that they “could pass the level with barely a scratch by tapping the shield and missile barrage buttons appropriately.” Overall, they did not recommend Top Gun 2.
