Playtainment Bringing Fire Panic to DSiWare and iPhone

Casual, iPhone, Mobile

Sometime in the first half of this year, Playtainment will make its presence felt in the iPhone app store by released Fire Panic, a title harkening back to the Game & Watch games of the 1980’s – those games that were easily playable in short bursts by casual players as they waited for a meeting or rode on the subway or bus.

The game will also be coming to the Nintendo DSi via DSiWare, but, as reported by CasualGaming.biz, it’s the iPhone release that means the most to RTL Interactive (Playtainment’s parent company) as divisional manager of Games Publishing and Licensing, Birgit Hönsch, says that the release will help the company “remain true to our strategy of positioning RTL interactive GmbH Games Publishng as a multi-platform distributor for virtually all gaming systems.”

We’ll fill you in on more details surrounding Fire Panic as they become available.
