Casual, Console

On Thursday, Triplepoint client PLAYDEAD released a set of new screenshots and concept art for their upcoming Xbox Live Arcade title LIMBO.

As we reported earlier this month, LIMBO is a black-and-white side-scrolling adventure title that sees a young boy traveling through a dark and menacing world as he tries to find out what happened to his sister.

The game will launch sometime this summer, but LIMBO is already receiving awards for its art style, as the game won won awards for both Excellence in Visual Art and Technical Excellence at the 12th annual Independent Games Festival last week in San Francisco.

Here’s a look at the screens and concept art. Head over to the game’s website for more information about LIMBO.
