The iPad keyboard dock has begun shipping for those who pre-ordered but there are some like Todd Ogasawara of MediaBistro who are impatient and couldn’t wait to pair a bluetooth keyboard to their sleek new device.

In Todd’s findings, he found that the official Apple bluetooth keyboard works the best with the iPad because it does not need to be re-authenticated every time you turn it off. He also tried a Think Outside brand of bluetooth keyboard that worked, but needed to be authenticated with the iPad frequently. Of course, your milage may vary with other bluetooth keyboards.
