Ninjatown: Trees of Doom Receives New Game Mode

iPhone, Mobile

Venan Entertainment has announced an update for their insanely popular iPhone game Ninjatown: Trees of Doom that includes a new Time Attack gameplay mode, which adds a timer to the gameplay, challenging players with climbing as high as they possibly can before time runs out.

As you pass checkpoints while climbing, you’ll receive 15 second time boosts, and in this mode, instead of knocking Wee Ninja to the ground, hazards will now shave seconds off of your available time.

This update also sees the introduction of a new Plus+ leaderboard and 11 new awards that are available to earn in both the new Time Attack and Classic Modes.

“We’ve been pretty vocal about adding tons of new content to Trees of Doom!,” said Brandon Curiel, CEO of Venan Entertainment, via a company press release. “This new game mode addresses a lot of the comments we’ve gotten from fans asking for a race mode, and it’s an absolute blast to play. We aren’t done yet, though – we’re committed to making this one of the best pick-up and play games on the App Store. You’ll be seeing our new ‘scribble’ theme, new ninjas and an iPad enhanced “HD” version all coming up soon.”
