Casual, Console, Mobile

Microsoft has announced that their new Windows 7 line of mobile phones will come with in-depth Xbox Live integration.

The line of phones, which will be available by holiday 2010, “delivers the first and only official Xbox Live experience on a phone, including Xbox Live games, Spotlight feed and the ability to see a gamer’s avatar, Achievements and gamer profile,” the company said in a statement (as reported by Edge).

Multiplayer will also be possible via Xbox Live on the Windows 7 phones, as will unlocking achievements (that is, aside from simply viewing them), thereby letting you increase your Gamerscore right from the palm of your hand. I can’t wait.
