Don’t be alarmed by the new Playground items that have been released in the FarmVille store – while those items do come as part of a new limited edition item theme (celebrating International Children’s Day on June 1), they have in no way hindered the progress of the current Tuscany theme of items, as we can see from the new items that have been released today.
There are two new buildings for you to purchase. The first is Allegra’s Abbey, a tall and slender church that will set you back 42 Farm Cash. You’ll receive a 1,000 experience points bonus for purchasing it. Second is Dante’s Ristorante, a restaurant that also contains some attached outdoor seating (complete with a blue umbrella covering the tables). It costs less than the Abbey, at 38 Farm Cash. Both of these buildings can be kept for use on your own farm, or sent to friends as gifts.
Aside from these two buildings, there are also new decorative items available on the Decorations tab of the marketplace. There are four new items to choose from, consisting first of the Bellissimo Square, an outdoor dining area which will set you back 12 Farm Cash. Another Farm Cash item, the Tuscan Knoll, contains gray rocks covered in red flowers, and is available for 4 Farm Cash. A Floral Pot and Lamp Post (a rotatable item) round out the new additions with the latter two objects going for coins, at a price of 6,800 and 5,500 coins, respectively.
The Tuscan theme will be sticking around in the game’s store for around two and a half weeks, as of this writing. That gives you plenty of time to purchase any that you might be interested in, but don’t delay too long, or you might miss your chance at these items! Head over to the game’s page to start shopping!
