As reported over on Social Game Central, Tiki Resort has added new Charms to their tropical Facebook game.

The charms have different effects. The Happiness Charm will raise the happiness level of everyone on the island, while the Upgrade Charm will let you upgrade the level of a single attraction (so long as it isn’t already above level 10). An additional Big Upgrade Charm works in the same way, but for attractions that are above level 10.

You can purchase the Money, Big Money, and Happiness Charms from the store for 500 or 1000 shells each, or you can receive each of those, plus the two upgrade charms as free gifts, or you can be the gift giver, sending one of the five charms to your own friends.
