Restaurant City, Social

As we told you earlier today, this week’s new item theme in Restaurant City is Japan, and while the full release of decorations won’t happen until later this week, you can set your virtual little chefs to work on three new Japanese-themed dishes.

The first is a starter in the form of Miso Soup. It requires four ingredients to cook: Seaweed, Beans, Tofu, and Water. Luckily, this isn’t a dish with a limited time availability, so if you’re missing any of the ingredients, feel free to take your time in acquiring them.

The second dish is found under main, and it comes in the form of a Sushi Selection platter. The Sushi Selection also requires four ingredients to learn: Salmon, Seaweed, Prawn and Tuna, and, again, there’s no time limit here.

Finally, under the drinks section, you’ll find the third new recipe, Green Tea. Unlike the other two recipes, the Green Tea only requires three ingredients: two Tea Leaves and one Water. However, what it does share with its Japanese brethren is the lack of a time limit, making all three of these dishes less stressful to earn than say, the Easter dishes released previously.

One final item that’s already available in the Japanese theme comes on the game’s free gifts menu. The Sushi Sign Décor can now be found under the “Decorative Items” line on the free gifts page, and it can be sent to friends just as you would send any other free gift in the game.

Want to take a stab at learning these new recipes? Head over to the game’s page to see if you have the necessary ingredients.
