To go along with the second week of Wonderland Tea Party recipes in Restaurant City, Playfish has announced the release of a new prize in the game, available to all those who can level up their Eat Me dessert cake recipe to level 10.
News of the prize comes from the latest installment of the Restaurant City Times (the newsletter that should automatically appear the next time you log into the game, assuming you haven’t seen this week’s installment already). The prize? A free Cheshire Cat awaits all who can master the Eat Me recipe. As we told you earlier today, that particular recipe requires four ingredients to learn: Saffron, an Apple, Vanilla, and Sugar.
Luckily for all of us, the game’s free gifts menu has been updated to allow gifting of two of those four ingredients (and remember that it’s free Sugar week this week, so each day you’ll be able to receive one of those ingredients as well). Head over to the free gifts menu, and you’ll find that you can now send Saffron and Apples to your friends in the game. Other ingredients like the Pineapple, Chili, Wasabi and Salmon (among others) are still available for those of you looking to level up either your Sushi Sashimi (to unlock the Sushi Bar) or the Drink Me recipe from last week (to unlock shrinking customers).
Finally, still on the free gifts menu, you’ll find the addition of two new decorative items, a Tea Set and a Picnic Basket. Both are indoor decorations, meaning that they are only for use on the interior portions of your restaurant (including your yard), rather than in Street View.
As we’ve said before, the full set of (week 2) Wonderland Tea Party items will be released later this week. That being the case, make sure to make the most of your time today to stock up on these needed ingredients before the rush to buy furniture and decorations begins.
