If you’re a fan of turn-based strategy games and you haven’t checked out the Battalion series over at Kongregate, you are doing yourself (and your troops) a gross disservice. Easily as full-featured as an Advance Wars title, Battalion only gets better with each entry, adding harder missions, multiplayer battles, and more — the new entry, Battalion: Vengeance, is the new featured title on the casual gaming network, and it comes with new units and new badges.

There are three badges to earn, totaling 60 points for the dedicated commander. Do yourself a favor and get the first one, at least; you only have to complete a single, easy battle, which will give you a good handle on the game’s new units. From there, you can start scraping your way towards the harder badges, which require you to beat the entire game on hard mode.
