It’s been a few days since Happy Island developer CrowdStar has released new attractions and/or decorations to the game, but that drought is over now, with the release of not one, but two new attractions, and a whopping eight decorative items.
We’ll start on the attractions, which come in the form of a Gold Mine and Short Track (a small square race track). The Gold Mine unlocks for users level 28 and above, and goes for a staggering 142,000 coins, while the Short Track is available to all users, regardless of level, due to it being a premium item. It can be purchased for 59 Facebook Credits, or almost $6.
Meanwhile, on the Decorations tab of the marketplace, you’ll find that five of the eight new items perfectly compliment your new Gold Mine attraction, as you can purchase a Mine Cart and four different types of train track, so long as you’re above level 28. Once you reach that milestone the Mine Cart becomes available to purchase for 26,000 coins, while each piece of track will set you back 4,250 coins.
Three other decorative items, like a Beach Rescue tower and Beachcomber vehicle (think Ambulance, but on a beach), are now available as well. The last item fits in with the previously released “Found” set of items, which, as we’ve told you before, is a nod at the television show Lost. Here, the item in question is a Found Temple, which can be purchased for 55 Facebook Credits ($5.50).
