New FarmVille Free Gifts: Kensington Bench and Fancy Topiary

FarmVille, Social

Depending on how closely you follow new item releases on the FarmVille Free Gifts page, you may or may not have noticed the addition of two new items this morning.

The pair comes in the form of a Kensington Bench and a Fancy Topiary (I think it looks more like a bonsai tree than a traditional topiary, but maybe that’s just me).

The Kensington Bench is available to send via the game’s Facebook portal, but the Fancy Topiary is a FarmVille.com exclusive, meaning that you’ll have to leave the warmth and comfort of Facebook for a few moments if you wish to send one to your friends.

Now that the new FarmVille wishlist feature has launched, it should be noted that while you’re over on FarmVille.com, you can add any of the site’s exclusive gifts to your wishlist in the same way that you would a regular gift, and a news feed item will be generated, saving your friends the trouble of making a trip to FarmVille.com themselves.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Farmville, but maybe it’s because I haven’t spent enough time. My friends are always sending me gifts and they play for hours upon hours. Maybe I just need to find some more time to take a look again :)
