Today, True Games announced that they will be bringing Mytheon: Assault on Gaia to the iPhone. The game will see players defending mankind against the great Gods, and doing battle with all manner of creatures, ranging from spiders and skeletons to elementalists and minotaurs.

The game is one in the tower defense genre, where you’ll defend the Tower of Gaia against the forces of Poseidon and Hades, along with Zeus himself. At the end of each level, you’ll receive a new tower that can be used in battle against the ever-increasing waves of enemies that wish to defeat you.

Mytheon: Assault on Gaia is a complementary title to the online RPG Mytheon, which is currently in closed beta. For more information about both the iPhone offering, and the full PC game, head over to the title’s website.

Mytheon: Assault on Gaia will launch on the iPhone sometime this Spring.
