Casual, Console, Handheld

Previously thought to be headed to the DS and Wii only, EA’s MySims SkyHeroes will be available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 as well. EA released the official announcement trailer (below) on the 6th, prominently displaying all four release platforms.

SkyHeroes will allow players to turn their MySims into cutesy fighter pilots and take to the skies in the fight against villain Morcubus and his evil army. Beginning as a relatively unknown pilot, your goal will to become a celebrated hero. Your fame and plane customization options will increase as you race and battle your way through the story. Eight different kinds of power-ups will be available, allowing you to increase your speed, switch ammo types, or modify your plane’s status. The newly announced PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will allow you to play multiplayer both online and split-screen, cooperative and competitive, with up to ten players at a time. The title is not due out until Fall 2010.
