iPhone, Mobile

The live streaming company MobiTV has announced the availability of their iPhone app designed to provide live TV streaming on the go. The app will mainly focus on live and on-demand sports, news and entertainment content and can stream either over WiFi or 3G.

Right now, the app only has a few channels including ABC, CNBC, Disney Channel, ESPN and MSNBC with plenty of on-demand channels as well. Right now there are three pricing schemes for the service: $9.99/mo, $24.99 for 3 months or $44.99 for six months. Seems a bit steep but very worth it if you are constantly on the go.
