iPhone, Mobile

Instant messaging on phones is still increasingly prominent even with Facebook, Twitter and Texting still being huge players in the mobile world. According to neowin.net and MediaBistro, the popular Windows Live Messenger IM platform is on its way to iPhone from Microsoft in June.

The announcement came with a complete reveal with screenshots and details surrounding the client. The iPhone edition will ship with photo sharing, chat and a social stream. AIM for the iPhone already has several of these features so it’s to be expected from an IM client these days.

Besides these details, not much is known except for a public beta expected in the next month or so. Follow us on Twitter or Facebook using the ‘Goose bar below for further updates on this.
