Mayan Isle V: Gold Rush Now Available in Treasure Isle

Social, Treasure Isle

Zynga has added a new Mayan Isles map, which is technically Mayan Isle V; however, these new islands are special, in that they come with the tag line of “Gold Rush.” According to the official Treasure Isle forums, users are reporting that they’re finding very little treasure (if any at all) on these islands, but are instead finding tons of gold, which would explain the map’s name. As an example, after entering one island, I was told there are but 4 treasures available, where on a similarly sized island elsewhere there would be at least 15.

Nevertheless, the list of new islands is as follows: Two Springs, Monkey’s Fingers, Elder’s Court, The Old Aquaduct, Crooked Trail, Lonely Guards, and Forested Inland.

These islands don’t appear to be as large as some of those previously released in the Mayan Isles series, and none of them require any gold or Island Cash to unlock – you can simply play through them at your leisure.
