My loyalty as an A/B test subject is being rewarded:

I’m not sure 10% off is a compelling discount…but that I’m even judging whether something is a compelling discount or not is a reflection of how seriously one begins to take the Federal Reserve of Zynga’s pricing in the first place!   This comes after a flurry of holiday sale offers, and in a way reflects the maturation of the industry: to take the traditional retail strategy of seasonal sales on whatever excuse (MLK Day sale?) possible.
