Looking to Reorganize Your Facebook Bookmarks? Here’s How

Facebook, Social

In an “on-again-off-again” set of circumstances, Facebook has decided to once again allow users the ability to manually organize their bookmarks along the left side of the Facebook home page. While this may seem like a daunting task, especially for those with numerous bookmarked games and applications, it’s actually a really simple process. Just follow these few steps, and you’ll be able to more quickly access all of your favorite games.

By default, five different links will appear in the bookmark area on the left side of the Facebook home page (the page you are taken to upon login, that displays your news feed). In this area, look for a small link that says “More,” and click on it.

This will cause your bookmark list to expand vertically downward, displaying all of the applications and games you currently have bookmarked. Clicking on the “Edit” button that appears at the bottom of the this list (the “Less” button collapses the bar back to its shorter length) will allow you to begin reorganizing your bookmarks.

While remembering that the Applications and Games links can not be moved, you’ll be able to choose which three apps will appear with them each and every time you navigate to the home page. Of course, you would want to place your three favorite apps there, as you’ll be able to forever reach them with a single click.

Reorder the apps anyway you choose by clicking and dragging them to your preferred location in the list (clicking the x next to each will remove the bookmark entirely), and click on the “Done” button at the bottom of the list when things are as you wish them to be.

Voila – you’ve just reorganized your bookmarks! We told you it was easy!
