LEGO CL!CK Snaps Creativity onto Social Networking

Mon, Jan 11, 2010

The benevolent blockheads over at LEGO are taking their mission of free expression into the social networking arena. Spotted on Mashable this morning, LEGO CL!CK is a new site that has been launched with an aim towards collaborative creativity, allowing innovators and dreamers to share their ideas through photos, videos, tweets, and more.

Thus far, the site is a little short on content; most of the tweets are simply asking “What’s this about?” The theme, however, is charming, in the usual LEGO vein, including a photo of a giant LEGO light bulb, a free iPhone app to LEGO-ize your photos, and a delightful stop-motion film to commemorate the launch. Watch and enjoy, below.
