When we told you last week that TriplePoint client Ph03nix New Media was instituting cash rebates for iPhone app purchases, there was apparently an overwhelming response: “That sounds terrific, but it says you have to be a resident of the US or Canada, and I’m very partial to my home here in the UK.” Chin up, old chap! The jolly good fellows at Ph03nix have heard your demands, and are now extending their program overseas for UK iPhone users.

The steps remain the same, if you’d like to get your pounds back after making your app store purchases: Participants must first visit www.iphonegamerebates.com, provide their user information, and keep an eye out for participating rebates. To redeem a rebate, email your iTunes receipt to showmethemoney@iphonegamerebate.com, and the cash will be sent to your mailing address.

UK users are also eligible for the ongoing introductory offer: Buy any game between now and the end of January, and earn a $1 rebate.
