Console, Industry

Remember the numerous rumors about Hulu coming to Xbox Live in some form? Well, it appears that they had some merit after all as Hulu Plus has been announced for the Xbox 360. The service will cost $9.99 a month and will come with a multitude of TV shows and Movies to watch as well as various other web content.

Hulu joins the highly successful Netflix service, Zune and services in order to open a new audience for their content. An ESPN partnership with the Xbox 360 division was announced a few weeks ago and will provide about 3,500 live sporting events this November. Having 25 million Xbox Live users sports an interesting twist to the Hulu service.

While this is excellent news for Xbox 360 owners, and Sony is expected to bring the service to PS3 as well. I plan on using the service. How about you? Let us know in the comments section below.
