iPad, Mobile

While many geeks and techies alike were busy endlessly chattering about Apple’s new device, the iPad this week, HP was busy readying an all out assault on the iPad, ninja style. Wired is reporting that HP has released a video containing a few jabs at the iPad, mainly the lack of flash on the iPad. HP’s Slate runs Windows 7 which will run flash just as it does on your home desktop.

According to Phil McKinney, HP’s Vice President and Chief Technology Officer: With this slate product, you’re getting a full web browsing experience in the palm of your hand, no watered-down internet, no sacrifices.”

HP has yet to reveal any date or price for the slate but has promised a launch later this year. I have attached HP’s fancy video below.
