Console

When visiting The House of the Dead, the question is never “why are these creatures attacking you.” The real question is, you know it’s called “The House of the Dead,” and yet you insist upon visiting anyway, and then you have the gall to act surprised when unspeakable horrors jump out at you. Even if you thought the name was somehow ironic, this is The House of the Dead 3; it’s your third visit. You have no business being shocked in any way. We all know you’re just there for a convenient self-defense claim after you’ve shot everything.

So, go ahead and get The House of the Dead 3 via PSN. It’s out today, says TriplePoint client SEGA. Plus, if you play, you can make your own PSN house a little deader, too.

From the release of the press:

The House of the Dead 3 added a number of key features to the series’ creature-shooting roots, including interactive “rescue events” and a ranking and grading system that tracks each agent’s shot accuracy. This new console version of The House of the Dead 3 can be played using a PlayStation Move controller or a standard PlayStation controller, and as a special bonus SEGA has also included a unique reward for players to earn in-game: their very own virtual The House of the Dead 3 arcade cabinet for their PlayStation®Home space!
