Cafe World, Social

Zynga is continuing with the cute and cuddly item themes this week (remember, last week we saw the release of a load of sugar-coated goodies), as Easter themed items have been released in the store, celebrating the upcoming holiday.

Unfortunately, this item release isn’t as big as some might have hoped. There are plenty of decorations, like Egg Clocks, Bunny Workers (Egg Painters, for one), a Chicken Ferris Wheel and other carnival rides, along with a single variety of table and chair to dine on, but oddly enough, no wallpaper or flooring options have been added. It is presumable that Zynga intended for users to use the flooring and wallpapers released last week with the “Sweets” items two weeks in a row, so I suppose we can give them the benefit of the doubt.

In addition to the above items, you can pick up an Easter themed Mystery Crate for 10 Cafe Cash, that will reward you with random items from this set on the cheap, or you can skip spending coins or cash altogether and go for the free approach by sending one of two new free gifts to your Cafe World neighbors from the game’s free gifts page.

The free gifts come in the form of an Easter Basket, a Chocolate Bunny, and Matzo Ball Soup (which is a traditional dish served around Passover). For those keeping track, there’s a fourth new item available on the free gifts page – a bowl of Chashu Ramen – but you can learn more about it here.

Make sure to head over to the game’s page to decorate your cafe for Easter while there’s still time left to celebrate it!
