Happy Island Goes for the Gold with New Items

Happy Island developer Crowdstar isn’t seeing red with their newest item update – they’re seeing gold, lots and lots of gold. For starters, a new limited edition collectible is available to purchase for your tourists’ amusement.

The Golden Shrine is a sparkling palace made entirely of gold. It can be purchased for a whopping 1 million coins, and it can collect 3,650 coins before being collected from.

Is 3,650 not enough for you? Then head over to the Decorations tab of the market place to find four new golden decorations, including the Limited Edition Golden Titan, which works to increase the holding capacity of all attractions on a single island by 10%. What does that mean for you? In keeping with the reference to the Golden Shrine, it means that you’d add 10% more coins to the traditional holding capacity – or 3,650 coins plus an additional 365. Again, this convenience spreads to all attractions on the same island, not just to one or two. The price for this perk? 139 Facebook Credits.

The final three decorations are simply that – decorative items that do nothing other than look pretty. They come in the form of a Golden Path, Golden Stairs, and Golden Columns.

If you’d like to add some of this sparkle and luxury to your own island, head over to the game’s page.
