Last time we made a great big deal about Great Big War Game, it was because the game (about war) was getting a bit bigger and greater, by going multi-platform, adding content, and so forth. Well, TriplePoint client Rubicon Development is clearly never satisfied, since today they’ve announced things are getting bigger, greater, and even more multi-platformier. New maps, a new game mode for beginners, and greatest/biggest of all, GBWG is on Steam. Now you can take your asynchronous grudge matches to a screen of any size at all. Which is pretty big and great!

From the press release:

Today’s update will bring nine new multiplayer maps for players to battle on, adding even more variety to the turn-based warfare. A new “novice mode” is also being introduced, where players will be able to play without the fog of war obscuring their view of the battlefield. Great Big War Game is available now on the App Store for $2.99 and on Steam for $9.99.

War… war never changes. Except when it does change, which is pretty frequently, given the update history here.
