GDC Online Calls for Submissions

The Game Developers Conference Online, formerly GDC Austin, is now soliciting session proposals for the early October 2010 conference. The conference is focused on online games, including casual, MMOs virtual worlds and social networking. Submissions are being sought for 60 minute lectures, roundtables and panel sessions, as well as all-day tutorials, in all current tracks and summits, listed below. Due to the rapid growth of the social and online game space in 2009, submissions oriented towards business and development are in high demand.

According to the GDC Online website, speakers are expected to have “deep industry expertise and a fresh and unique perspective on the state of the online games industry.” Submissions are due by midnight EDT on May 19th. You can start the submission process here.

GDC Online will be held at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas, October 5-8, 2010.
