FreeiPadAppADay for 07/10/10: Micro-Expression Trainer

Sat, Jul 10, 2010

Today’s free iPad app at is Micro-Expression Trainer from Mario Micklisch.

Micro-Expression Trainer isn’t a game; rather, it’s an “educational” app that has a simple goal – that being to train you into easily understanding and picking up on the micro facial expressions people make without even realizing it.

Micro-expressions can be associated with one of seven universal emotions: Anger, Contempt, Disgust, Fear, Happiness, Sadness and Surprise. According to the app, they can last as briefly as 1/25 of a second, and are thus hard to spot without knowing exactly what to look for – hence the creation of this app.

By using the trainer, you will be able to train your brain to better pick up on these micro-expressions, thus increasing the likelihood that you’ll be able to read a person’s emotions and true feelings in the future.

Be sure to download the app for your iPad while it’s free today.
