Do you like Geometry Wars? If so, you’re bound to get some enjoyment out of today’s FreeAppADay, a very familiar vector-styled shoot-em-up called geoFighter: Light Wars. A dual-thumb control scheme lets you swoop around a grid, dispensing bullets at an array of hostile shapes. Got too many shapes coming at you? Shake the iPhone and dispense a screen-clearing bomb.
Light Wars comes from the folks at Spokko, who are “a young and creative bunch focused on developing fun and original games and applications for the iPhone and iPod touch.” I guess you could call them creative, in a bizarre kind of way.
