If the name alone doesn’t send you running to the App Store, let’s take a look a look at what you get in the package. Build-a-Lot is a casual real-estate buying and selling game. You’ll purchase homes and can flip them for a quick profit, or you can rent them out for guaranteed profits.
After you master the residential real estate market, you’ll work your way up into commercial structures like movie theaters, ice skating rinks, fire stations and more.
There are two gameplay modes – Career and Casual, and 35 levels to build through in 8 different neighborhoods. There are eight types of buildings and six types of home in this iPhone version of the game, and you can even purchase blueprints to unlock an item called the CostMart.
Build-a-Lot on iPhone may not contain as much content as the PC version, but if you’d like to have a taste of the successful franchise on your phone for free, make sure to download the game while it’s still available today.
