Today’s free app is M-Train, an application that will be perfect for those “constantly-on-the-go” types, who lack the time and/or motivation to hit the gym.

The app gives users a virtual personal trainer, with developer ICS Mobile having researched all areas of exercise, including weight lifting, pilates, plyometrics and yoga to find the best methods that return the best results. M-Train offers pre-designed workouts focused on four major areas: power, agility, strength, and endurance, but also allows you to create your very own workout.

You can add your own music to your workouts, giving them an even more personalized feel, and pause, forward, and reverse buttons let you pause your trainer if you’re having trouble or need a break, while a timer lets you know how much longer you need to hold a move, and so on.
