First Wii Hello Kitty Title Arriving This Fall

Casual, Console

Hello Kitty has shown her adorable face on a number of Nintendo DS titles, but so far has not made her debut on the Wii. Happily, this fall will bring the arrival of Hello Kitty Seasons, the first Hello Kitty game for the Wii, developed in conjunction with Sanrio Digital and Zoo Games.

Seasons will allow players to manage their own version of Sanrio Town, filled with familiar Sanrio faces like Badtz-Maru, Chococat, My Melody, and of course, Hello Kitty. Players can participate in quests and missions as they progress through the game, unlocking more upgrades to their town and collecting in-game items like clothing and accessories. The town will change with your actions and the passing seasons (thus the name), with each season offering its own challenges and rewards. Sounds a bit like Animal Crossing, but more cute!

The game will be launching in time for the 2010 holiday season. If you just can’t wait to sate your need for cute, you can check out some completely adorable concept art here.
