Casual, Events, iPhone

Can you type quickly? Can you type quickly on the iPhone or Blackberry? Good — now, can you type quickly, on demand, while party attendees in a London bar are watching, and you’ve probably had a bit to drink? If you’ve answered “yes” to all of these questions, not only am I impressed, but you may just have a shot at a “Golden Finger” trophy next week. Zattikka, Triplepoint client and publisher of the speed-typing game Finger Frenzy World, will be hosting a live tournament of the game at the launch party for 30under30 in London.

Challengers will attempt to record the fastest scores for typing the alphabet on a laptop, iPhone, and Blackberry. Both the tournament and the 30under30 event are free; further information is available at the tournament’s website.

Judges, I would like to submit my own entry. Check this out: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXZY aww, shoot.
